I’m happy to announce that Secret of Escape is now at the stage where release is on the horizon, so currently we are getting promotional content ready and getting a release date set so we can let as many content publishers and gamers know that we are coming.
Evening to you all!
Yes it is official, I’ll be joining up to nine other indie developers in the Indie Zone, part of the London Gaming & Anime Convention.
You can find out more about the Indie Zone here, but feel free to check out the rest of the convention too. I went there a few years back and it had several guests, and loads of fun things relating to anime, cosplay, music and of course, video games!
I’ll be showing off Secret of Escape, which has had several updates since the last time I showed it last year at the Norwich Games Expo, including this neat little update to the turrets:
More to come later on, as for now, I sense a games jam on the horizon.
On Thursday and Friday, I’ll be at Eurogamer Expo in London. You’ll most likely find me either at the Microsoft Booth or the GamesIndustry Fair as I’m helping out with their Windows 8 promotions. Sadly I won’t have Secret of Escape ready for exhibition, but I’ll be showing it off at the Loading Bar in Soho as part of Indie Haven’s Indie Games Event.
So you may or may not see me, but feel free to visit Microsoft’s booth or the GamesIndustry Fair anyway, as well as the many other things there such as the conferences, the new and old games, the indie games display and many more! I’ll be writing about my time during the weekend, so stay tuned!
